We strongly recommend an initial consultation for all new patients to conduct in-depth evaluations to address potential health issues and develop a tailored comprehensive treatment plan to optimize your health. 

Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.
